From this page, you can log in and access our customer reports.
In order for this to work, your browser must allow for the report viewer to be downloaded and installed. The first time you access a report, it will take a bit longer. Depending upon the Security settings under Internet Options (Tools menu), you may be prompted with a screen asking whether you trust controls from Seagate Software please respond by clicking "Yes." If your security settings are set to "High", the reports will not work and the trust prompt will not come up.
